  • We are not responsible for orders lost, damaged, or delayed in transit once they have been handed to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for shipping-related issues after a tracking number has been issued.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered via email upon payment confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your download within 24 hours.
  • If you experience any issues receiving or accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Physical Products

  • We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at our store email address before sending any items back.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear.
  • Sale items and customized or personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded or delivered.
  • If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
